OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT ON LINE

This type of contract is called a sale and purchase agreement "on line".

Purchase transactions will be governed by the provisions of D.Lgs. 206/2005, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the provisions of D.lgs 196/03.  
2.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The conditions laid down in the introduction are integral and essential part of this contract. All contracts are concluded directly by accessing of the Customer (companies and individuals) to the corresponding website at www.thejewelleryshopping.com  . So the customer may terminate the contract for the purchase of the desired product, carefully following the instructions and procedures. These general conditions of sale must be examined on-line by the customer before to complete the purchase process. The submission of confirmation of the order means full knowledge of these terms and their full acceptance. The customer, by sending electronic confirmation of your purchase order, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply, in its relations with Gioielleria Camici, the general conditions and of payment described below, stating that you have read and accept all the information provided by him pursuant to the rules mentioned above, and also recognizing that Gioielleria Camici shall not be bound to any other conditions, unless previously agreed in writing.
SELLING PRICES AND METHODS OF PURCHASE

PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT AND DELIVERY METHOD
www.thejewelleryshopping.com will deliver the products ordered through trusted carrier. No responsibility can be attributed to the merchant in case of delay in the order or in the delivery of goods ordered. ORDERS
Gioielleria Camici  reserves the right to refuse orders where the partner Cassa di Risparmio of Orvieto is unable to receive verification from the bank of the User.
Gioielleria Camici  reserves the right to refuse orders and / or the provision of services of any subject at any time.

LIABILITY AND PERMITS
Gioielleria Camici  do not assumes responsibility for problems caused due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other events that could prevent, in whole or in part, to implement within the agreed time to the contract. Gioielleria Camici  will not be liable to any party for any damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of failure to execute the contract for the reasons mentioned above, since the customer is entitled only to a refund of the price paid. Gioielleria Camici  is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made ??by third parties, to credit cards and other means of payment, when the customer is making payment for goods purchased. Filling the form on the website, the Customer authorizes Gioielleria Camici  to use his credit card, or other card issued in replacement of it, and to debit for Gioielleria Camici di Rosciolo Lanfranco the total order shown as cost of the payment "on-line". WARRANTIES
All new products of Italian origin marketed by the merchant are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24 months warranty for defects of conformity pursuant to D.Lgs. n. 24/2002. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice, that he will receive with goods purchased.
The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided through the documentation included in the packaging of the product.
The warranty of 24 months is applies to the product that have a lack of conformity, provided it’s used correctly, in accordance with its use and as provided in the technical documentation. This warranty is limited only to the private customer (a person that buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, that is make a purchase without indicating in the order form a reference to VAT). In case of lack of conformity, the merchant shall, without cost to the customer, the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, should not be a lack of conformity in accordance with the above-mentioned decree, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized, and transportation costs whether incurred by the merchant.
In the event, that for any reason the merchant is unable to replace a product under warranty, you can proceed with the consent of the customer, of the replacement of the product itself (if still in stock) or with another product of equal value and characteristics or, finally, the issue of a voucher for the same amount spent on another product valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
They cannot be requested damages to the merchant for any delays in product replacements under warranty.
Where the application of safeguards provide the return of the product, the product must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, documentation and accessories).

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER

RETURNS AND CONCLUSION
The customer can to return the items purchased if not satisfied pursuant to Art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. N. 206/2005.
If during the verification of the items delivered, the customer feedback manufacturing defects, damage or an error in the article than what was ordered, the customer has the right to request the return of non-conforming goods free of charge within ten working days by registered with RR, under reference to the serial number, part number and description of the item to be returned, detailed justification and a copy of the accompanying document or by sending e-mail with the request made ??by the same term, at info@gioielleriacamici.com , provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt attached within forty-eight hours. In case of damage or manufacturing defects are required to submit photographic documentation in support for the identification of non-compliance. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and a refund of the price paid in cases where:

  • for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased..

This notice must contain all the necessary data for identification of the order and the purchaser, the name of the product / products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, a copy of the sales document received with the goods. ACCEPTANCE OF RETURN
All returns will be sent directly to the product manufacturer, will follow then check the condition of the goods. When the returns is approved, the Customer may choose to:

  • Request a refund of the order for the value of the goods.

REFUND
In case the customer choose the refund of the order, Gioielleria Camici will make in the following ways:

  • For orders paid by credit card will make an immediate reversal of the transaction, sending communications relating to the customer accompanied by reports of reversal of the transaction.   • For orders paid using PayPal will make an immediate reversal on customer's PayPal account.

CONTRACT TERMINATION AND TERMINATION CLAUSE
